EmbedKit provides an AI-powered platform for generating embeddable financial components. The Service includes component generation, hosting, analytics, and related tools made available through our website and API.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Generate components that contain misleading financial information
• Resell or redistribute generated components without authorization
• Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means

5. Intellectual Property

Components generated through EmbedKit are owned by you, subject to your active subscription. EmbedKit retains ownership of the platform, underlying technology, templates, and all related intellectual property.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmbedKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
